How to return or exchange a new Item
It’s our aim to provide a returns service that is as hassle-free as possible for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 Days (60 Days during November and December) of purchase, and as long as the item isn’t fitted or used we’re happy to receive it back for a refund.
1. Put your unused labelled item for return back in its original packaging (If returning a bike, please contact us beforehand so that we can advise you on the best way to package).
2. Fill in a Returns Form and include this with the item you are returning in a parcel. (contact us for a returns form)
3. If the item is small (lights, locks etc.) please post back to MB (the postal address is on the bottom of the returns form)
4. Send email@example.com an email to let us know it’s coming back.
5. If the item is large (bike, wheel etc.) please contact us to arrange for a UPS return label to be created.
6. We will be in touch if there are any issues or when your return has been processed.
We’ll act as quickly as possible when dealing with your return, however please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed. In the unlikely event that you haven’t heard from us by the 5th day, please contact our friendly customer service team via email.
Please also be aware that MB will not cover postage costs on returns of non-faulty goods and will charge postage when sending the new item out at the standard rate. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (wrong item, damaged, defective etc.) we will refund Royal Mail costs. We reserve the right to reject returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
It’s important you package returns (especially bikes) to the best of your ability. MB will not be responsible for items that are damaged due to poor packaging during return postage.
If your purchase isn’t everything you expected it to be and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.
How to return or exchange a used faulty item:
All goods purchased from MB are covered by a full warranty and, generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, then please email us before returning any goods – we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
To get the fastest response please complete the Warranty Claim Form in full, this is available by contacting us. Please, if possible, include photographs of your product so we can immediately start to assess the issue. We will then contact you to tell you the next step to getting your issue resolved. When we need to receive your product we will contact you with information on how to do this. Please be honest when dealing with us, we’ll try our best to resolve any problems you have as it’s in our interest to keep our customers happy.
Mango Bikes Warranty
Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
MB does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose, alteration of the product.
MB does not cover general wear and tear on tyres, inner tubes, brakes, brake and gear cables, brake pads, light bulbs, chain rings, chains, cassettes, rims, batteries etc.
Corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use will not be covered under warranty.
After the initial 30 day return period MB Reserve the right to repair/replace any defective part under warranty.
Warranty is non transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.
Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.
Usage during competitions, events, circuits or activities other than those for which the bicycle/component has been conceived will greatly reduce its useful life and is not covered under warranty.
Costs incurred as a result of loss of use, as well as labour charges for part replacement or changeovers are not covered unless agreed beforehand with MB.
If a repair/replacement is not possible MB reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value (colour may vary) or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.
Always install, repair and use your product in strict compliance with the product’s instructions; failure to do so might damage the products and cause a serious accident.
Note MB will not cover general wear and tear on inner tubes, tyres, chain and brake pads,
