We never have any issues but it’s here for if a problem ever did arise.
Warranty
All of our bikes come with a years warranty on the frame and fork against all defects, construction flaws and craftsmanship to the original owner under normal use. If you ride your bike off of a roof, attempt a 100ft gap or something else crazy and snap the frame, although we’ll respect you for doing it, we have to draw the line somewhere.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly (such as crossed crank threads), poor maintenance or installation of parts and accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with the bicycle as sold, labour charges for part replacement or changeover.
See below about making a claim.
Returns
If, for whatever reason, you’re not 100% happy with your Mango Bikes product we want to know. If the problem can’t be resolved by talking with us then we offer a 14 day “no questions asked” return window. The products must be in “as new” condition and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that are not “as new” or have been used.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the serial code on the bottom bracket on the frame MUST be provided. Please make a record of this code when you receive your bicycle and keep in a safe place. Every serial code is recorded by the date of purchase—if you need to file a warranty claim and you do not have your serial code, we will not be able to satisfy your claim. Claims should be sent to sales@mangobikes.co.uk and these are valid for 365 days of the date of when you purchased the goods. We reserve the right to request photographs of any damage and may only replace the damaged part, rather than the entire bicycle. We also reserve the right to refuse the claim if we feel the bike has been subjected to abnormal use.
